These terms govern the nadm.tech website, connected project pages, player accounts, and sales of digital goods through NADM.
1. Service and products
NADM operates nadm.tech and connected project pages such as Squad and DayZ. The website provides account access, news, server information, support, and storefronts.
Products sold through NADM are digital goods linked to a project or account. They are not donations or charitable payments.
2. Accounts, payment, and delivery
Some products require sign-in through supported providers such as Steam, Epic Games, or Discord linking where available. You must choose the correct project and account before payment.
Prices are shown on storefront pages and during checkout. Delivery starts after payment confirmation. Some items are granted automatically, while others may require a short review or queue.
3. Refunds, rules, and changes
Eligible refund requests are reviewed for 14 calendar days from purchase. NADM first tries corrected delivery or replacement when the problem is caused by our side.
NADM may restrict access for fraud, chargeback abuse, bans, or project-rule violations, and may update products, prices, legal pages, or project availability over time.
- Time-based products such as VIP access are normally not refunded after the access period has started.
- Fully delivered and used digital goods are normally not refunded unless required by law or provider rules.
